Permitted Agricultural Products
Only agricultural products permitted by the destination country's import regulations will be accepted. Fresh fruits, vegetables, seeds, spices, grains, and plant products may require additional documentation and approvals.
Required Documentation
The sender is responsible for providing all required documents, including:
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
- Phytosanitary Certificate (where applicable)
- Certificate of Origin
- Any destination-specific permits or licenses.
Customs Clearance
Customs inspections may cause delays beyond the courier company's control. Any customs duties, taxes, storage fees, penalties, or import charges shall be borne by the receiver unless otherwise agreed.
Packaging Requirements
Shipments must be properly packed, labeled, and protected against damage during transit. The courier company is not responsible for losses resulting from inadequate packaging.
Restricted and Prohibited Items
Live plants, soil, hazardous materials, animal products, and other restricted items may not be accepted for shipment. Acceptance is subject to airline, customs, and destination-country regulations.
Transit Time
Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs inspections, weather conditions, airline schedules, public holidays, or government actions are beyond the courier company's control.
Liability
Compensation for loss or damage is limited to the declared value or the amount specified under the courier company's liability policy. No liability shall arise for deterioration of perishable goods due to their natural characteristics or delays beyond the company's control.
Sender's Responsibility
The sender confirms that all information provided is accurate and that the shipment complies with export and import regulations. Any fines, penalties, or losses resulting from incorrect declarations shall be the sender's responsibility.
Right to Refuse Shipment
The courier company reserves the right to refuse, inspect, hold, or return any shipment that violates applicable laws or company policies.
Acceptance of Terms
By booking a shipment, the sender acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
